We use a platform recommended by Oprah, endorsed by Tom Peters, reported about on The One Page Business Plan® methodology is designed to quickly extract your best thinking and put it on a single page. This is a highly intensive teleconference with a certified senior instructor with three 90 minutes sessions over two weeks. Assignments before and between sessions along with private feedback will help you create a results-oriented blueprint for field leadership and sales success.

Before the first session:

You'll invest about 90 minutes to create a first draft (rough) of your plan using our proprietary Point, Click, Plan! software and book. (It's the fastest, easiest way to write a plan.) Then, you'll submit your first draft for review and private feedback.

Session 1:

This session starts with a short overview, then moves into fine tuning a powerful Vision Statement that will clearly define your business. Then you'll craft a Mission Statement that will focus and energize everyone on your team!

Session 2:

Every 90 days, Focus Accountability Workshop™ participants meet in Toronto, for a one-day workshop with a group of committed, like-minded entrepreneurs and James Burgess or one of the senior Focus31 facilitators.

Workshops consist of a series of focusing exercises, regular reviews of progress and planning for the next quarter, and sharing with peers to increase learning and accountability.

Progress builds in stages, and after 24 months of the workshops, most entrepreneurs have significantly transformed themselves and their businesses to support greater productivity, unlimited growth, and greatly expanded personal freedom.
